Hello Coffee Lovers,
 
We hope that you are all getting a chance to enjoy the nice weather as we head into summer!
 
Lots to report from 5 Points Coffee & Tea. Over the past few months, we’ve been logging long hours to make sure we stay on schedule for a summer opening. We continue to aim for a mid to late summer opening with a special event planned for the July 4th parade. We have a number of surprises up our sleeves for the 4th event, so stay tuned!  
 
A few important updates:
 
Hooley:
The 5 Points table at the Hooley on May 13th was a huge success! Thank you to all of you who stopped by to say hi and participate in our Cleveland spin board trivia game.  We loved getting the chance to meet and chat with so many of you! And a special shout-out to Pam Keown who won our Hooley Grand Prize. Enjoy Pam!

Build-out:
Lots and lots of progress over the last month and a half. To date, we have added a new roof, new concrete, interior framing, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, tuckpointing and much more. The next few weeks will showcase our custom awnings with our logo, new doors, patio fence and more! We are proud to work with Scalish Construction and the Storefront Renovation Program (SRP) on this project. 

Menu:
We are close to finalizing our menu based on your fantastic survey responses. We’re thrilled that we have found great local partners to provide our coffee, tea and tasty treats!  We are excited to be working with Phoenix to bring you some excellent coffee drinks. Stay tuned for more menu news on our next newsletter!

April is heating up at the 5 Points!

 

It's an exciting time right now in CLE! Spring has finally made its way to Northeast Ohio, the Tribe opening day is slated to be beautiful tomorrow and (MOST IMPORTANTLY!) the build out is now officially in full swing at 5 Points! 

A few important updates:

• The build out officially kicked off last week as we secured our permits! We appreciate your patience through this process. Make sure to sign up for our social media sites below so you can receive pictures and coverage of our build out efforts.
• We have a brand new survey and need your feedback. The survey responses so far have provided invaluable information as we plan for our opening, particularly on finalizing menu items and hours of operations. You can take the survey here. 
• Finally, below is a sneak peak rendering of the outside of 5 Points. We hope that you are as excited as we are about how good it looks!

Hello Coffee Lovers, 

Happy St. Patrick's Day to all of you who are supporting our efforts to bring excellent coffee, tea and baked goods to West Park.  

Some updates for you:

• We are excited to report that we will be getting our coffee beans from Cleveland's own Phoenix coffee. Some of you recommended them on our neighborhood survey!

• We are just awaiting building permits and will start the interior and exterior build out in the coming weeks! Stay tuned for more regular updates of our progress. 

• We recently updated our website with our story which you can read here

• We will have a table at this year's Hooley at Kamms Corners. Hope to see you there!

Happy New Year to all of you who are supporting our efforts to bring excellent coffee, tea and baked goods to West Park.  

Some updates for you:

• We finalized the interior architectural drawings before the holidays and will begin the build out in early 2017.

• Conor has just returned from Ireland packed with ideas and goodies! 

• Based on feedback from the neighborhood we are finalizing the menu items!

5 Points Coffee & Tea Fall Update

HELLO COFFEE LOVERS, 

Thanks to everyone who took the time to take our survey -- close to 200 in total! Your opinions and ideas provided our team with invaluable community insight. We hope your collective wisdom and support helps make us a West Park staple.

The goal of this newsletter is to bring you to up to speed on our build out progress. Earlier this week, we finished the demo work on the inside and now are ready to sign off on the final architectural drawings! We spent many hours, as I’m sure you can imagine, working on the interior layout and taking advice from a number of experts. We hope we’ve landed on the perfect design so we can ensure a great customer experience.

We plan on sending out regular updates so that you’re aware of our progress. Thanks for joining us on this exciting (and sometimes scary!) ride. Stay tuned ...
