February at 5 Points!

And just like that, it’s February! Show us some love this month and swing by for some live music and give one of our Valentine’s specials a try!

ANDREW McMANUS

February 4 10am

Andrew has played music throughout his entire life. He was a member of the South Ulster Youth Orchestra, sang in the St. Patrick’s Cathedral Armagh choir, and has performed as a solo acoustic singer-songwriter in pubs and coffee shops around Ireland and England. Andrew now lives in Cleveland, Ohio, USA, where he has established himself in the local music scene playing a range of venues and music festivals.

TAYLOR LAMBORN

February 12 10am

(Valentine’s Day Special!)

Taylor’s sound is just as powerful and full of personality as she is. A little indie rock-a lot of blues-but at the heart of it all, she's singer/songwriter with the type of grit that digs straight into your soul. Lamborn proudly calls Cleveland, Ohio her home.

See you then!

MARCUS DIRK

February 19 10am

Born and raised in Cleveland, singer/songwriter/guitarist Marcus Dirk has grown up with a variety of music, musicians and surroundings to shape his songwriting along the way. His original music is influenced by Irish, English & American folk music, maritime music, jam-rock, reggae, & jazz. Songs that are sometimes historical in subject, sometimes haunting, or sometimes just simple tales of love lost & found.

DQ DUO

February 26 10am

Dan Hyland and Quinn Stefanos are siblings who have been performing covers since they were 10 and 12 years old. They got their start at the School of Rock in Rocky River (now Westlake), and have continued their love for music since. They play all sorts of alternative and classic rock and pop music in a relaxing, acoustic form that is perfect for a cafe or happy hour setting. DQ Duo is the cherry on top of your Sunday vibe!

Go Green at 5 Points this March!

Hello Friends --

We are delighted to announce that we will be fully reopening the inside on Saturday, March 5th! The takeout window will of course stay open but we are also happy to welcome everyone back inside to dine in! We have been busy renovating the inside to give it a warmer and more relaxing feel and we can’t wait to show it off!

March is, of course, a very important month for us! We plan on celebrating St. Patrick’s day for the entire month of March. We have two drink specials — On the Shamrocks (our cold brew take on the shamrock shake) and the St. Pistachio latte (back by popular demand). We will also introduce a new bacon and cheddar breakfast that promises to be hit! The Irish pantry will be fully stocked with yummy Irish treats. Our famous green lids will be back for the month of March also!

We also have some fantastic local musical acts lined up with the Kilroys kicking things off Sunday March 6th at 9:30am. Crawley & Sofranko play Sunday, March 13th at 9:30am. Andrew McManus will be with us on St Patrick’s day (March 17th) starting at 9am! We will also do a talk about the history of Irishtown Bend with Doug Kusak from the Metroparks on Wednesday, March 23rd from 7pm. All these events are free and open to the public.

Thank you all for your continued support over the years and mark your calendar for our five year mark celebration in August!

Slainte!

Conor and the 5 Points Team.
